Anyone got experience of a really useful banner admin tool for wordpress?

We currently use wp-banner (free) but also looking at Tribulant Documentation WordPress Banner Rotator Plugin which looks interesting ($30)

The latter looks more like what we're looking for but wanted to know if anyone else has used or heard of anything else before taking the plunge
