How to automatically remove a load of products from a datafeed

I have a feed that has about 5000 products but there is 600 of these that I want to be removed.
I know the 600 individual product ID's but is there a simple way to automatically strip these out of the database in excel or something?

Is there something common about those product id's?

Perhaps use stristr to remove them (or not put them in the db in the first place)

$product_name="Test123";
if (stristr("123",$product_name)) {
// do nothing 
}

else {
//insert in to database
}

Anything with 123 in the product title wouldn't be inserted, anything else would.
