Sorry Guys, you going to get really p****d off with me, but you are all such a great fountain of knowledge! (Grovel, grovel).
So, Meta Tags..... on every page or just index?
Any recommendations for a good (if there is one) Meta Tag Analyzer?

Deffinitely on all as some of the pages on your site should be able to rank higher on search engines than your index for certain keywords, as they are probably more keyword rich and have more relevant content.
Only tags I use now are TITLE, KEYWORDS and DESCRIPTION as... as far as I know these are the only ones that can have any sort of impact on your rank, but I may be wrong.
