if you can get access to your raw log files from your web host you can download them and analyze them using software such as faststats analyzer, if not then stats4all.com might be an option

Hi there,
This is a bit of a basic question, I'm looking for good quality website tracking software that will provide me with some detailed information regarding website visitors.
My website is currently hosted on an Easily.co.uk server, which automatically comes supplied with "Webalizer Version 2.01" tracking software.
Could anyone recommend some better, more detailed tracking software that doesn't cost a fortune?
Thanks for any help.

If youve got root access to your server you can configure webalizer to do pretty much anything.
Also worth having alook at is
Analog

and Urchin
www.urchin.com/
Kewl.. I just got a full unlimted Urchin licence (non-expiring) for $20.57 (us) im well chuffed looks like the normal price quoted on the Urchin site is $595 (us)
The special offer I got said it expires NOVEMBER 23 (which ive just missed) so I must be a lucky sod as they proccessed my order and sent me the full package via email.![]()
Hi guys,
Thanks a lot for your help.
I'll get onto Easily first thing in the morning to see how to get access to my web log files.
On another subject, as I said, I'm currently running a Virtual Server Account with Easily.co.uk. Because the website is receiving a lot of hits, I'm having to top up the transfer quota by 10GB every 3 - 4 weeks (this costs around £30 a time).
There are no other fees involved with Easily apart from the yearly charge of about £20. Is this good value or could anyone recommend a better web hosting solution?
Thanks again for your advice.
