WANTED ASP IPS

I am just having a quick look through the php version and can see the basic principle, however I was wondering if anybody had converted the code principal to ASP.
(And wanted to share the source codes)

I have tried for a few spare minutes to call the documents from the 'soap' server using standard querystrings but can't get the xml structure, only an error.
I was wondering before attempting to call the soap server using MS XMLParser, if there was any restriction on the soap server such as > 'document referer detection' that would stop me from accessing the datastream via a different scripting procedure.

Anybody had any experiences with an asp ips they would like to share?
