Hi - we need some more developer resource, you'll need to be confident with Ruby on Rails, SVN, running a Mac and speak fluent English (probably as your first language).

Our business is several years established, trading and capitalised, this is not a high risk startup project.

I'm not a rails developer myself, but I know about a gizzillion (ok about 6) amazing rails devs. They're not cheap, but they do fantastic work. Message me or reply and I'll hit you up with some urls
