Inserting Data in MySQl

I've previously been inserting data into database using phpmyadmin's load data infile for importing a CSV file. This has since been disabled since it's considered a security risk.

I'm now stuck with website data I can't update !

What is the best way of importing this data?

I understand I can run an SQL query .... is there an easy way of converting csv to an sql query?
