Is there such a thing that can be installed on a server, which enables the changing of an embedded link depending on which country the user is visiting from? and is free?

I suppose the way to make the link change would be to have a general link embedded to a page which has the IP check script on, which then sends the user out to the relevant merchant page via the correct affiliate link. I think....
