Dreamweaver cannot determine sever time - fail to synchronize!

hello all experts, I am trying to use Dreamweaver to create a dynamic "search and result" page - and experienced some connection problem. I got an error message from Dreamweaver saying that

"Dreamweaver cannot determine the remote server time. The Select Newer and Synchronize commands will not be available"

I have search thru all help topics built in Dreamweaver and couldn't find any related articles. In add, I had talked to my hosting company and they said everything is fine at their side and they can't see what's wrong at the server side.

So.... what is actually the problem? What can I do? I really need to connect to my server to manage/update my site, but now I can't get/put/view any files trhu my Dreamweaver ftp connection. HELP!!!!!!!!!

eventually it works now - had enable the passive ftp - sorry bothering all experts. Big Cheers and thanks ............. if anyone is reading
