Anyone know why I keep getting extra characters appearing when I view pages and e-mails.

E.g: £400 “CLIPPY�

Instead of £400 "CLIPPY"

It's a character encoding error somewhere. If you're seeing it on multiple sites then its probably your browser. In IE goto View -> Encoding -> and make sure auto select is ticked. That might sort it.
