Hi All

I was wondering how many people use offline tools to create the pages for merchant product feeds, versus those that hand code the pages picking out only specific products rather than the whole feed versus those that use Databases to generate pages on the fly from their sites?

In the case of doing the work offline, what tools and software do you use to create the pages.
