Wanted: Wordpress style PHP News script

Can you recommend a simple PHP+mysql news script that works a bit like Wordpress. I am not looking for complicated CMS systems, just a PHP script to update a news site.

Features I need:

- different categories and sub-categories
- multiple login accounts for news editors
- easy image upload (automatic resize + link to full size version)
- insert custom html
- multiple ways of displaying headlines
- Search engine friendly urls
- maybe a comment system for news?

- free or commercial

I want similar but all i want is a php applications, to allow me to post content and people can post reviews / comments, I want to be able to check them before they go live.

I use PHP nuke, postnuke, and wordpress on other sites. this is some code I want to add into a existing site.
