Hello

I would really like to buy a software for making quality web banners for my site. I am thinking about buying Paint Shop Pro 8 and I was hoping if any of you guys would be good enough to tell me how good it is, also does this software come with Animation 3.

I know there is newer versions of the software such as Paint Shop Pro 9, etc. but I have never seen a discussion regarding this latest version (does version 9 provide better advantages).

If affiliates and merchants can give me there opinions, experiences on the subject It will be very much appreciated.
