Can anyone recommend a good adserving software for CPM CPC CPA?

In terms of software I would recommend Max Media Manager or phpAdsNew. Both are free.

I'll third that - phpAdsNew is great. Don't think it does CPA though.

I don't think it does CPA, you're right.

adpeeps.com is another good one. It's not free, but only costs $99.
