Best & Free Reciprocal Link Exchange Script?

Hello Friends,

Using RM software/script from last 4 yrs to do Reciprocal Link Exchange (RLE), It was one of the best script but lastest update (RM3) was crape and do not perform automated Back Link checking even if I use to check Back Links manually it fails to generate EXACT/TRUE result.

Now do not want to spend money and looking for Good All in One and HTML page generation easy to use Link Exchange Script. There a lots on Net but I have no experience of same so if any one of you using or finding that Particular Script is best among FREE please refer it to me.

I know it's free but still it miss email to partners for Link exchange request, link moved to other category, re:request for link exchange etc. etc.
