Affiliate scripts and price comparison question

What I have understood Kaon and Pricetapestry are two good alternatives when building an price comparison site with affiliate feeds (if there are other good alternatives please post them here).

What I would like to have opinions on is are these also suitable for web shops as well (based on XML-feeds) or would you recommend some other platform like Affiliate Marketing Websites | AffiliStore for this?

Price Tapestry is a nice little script. Kaon is fairly limited in what it will do. Generally they're fine for xml or csv, just have a read on what they can do. Affilistore is also a nice script for what it does.

Of course if you need it quick then go for one of them. If you're prepared to wait a while then we're bringing one out next year but it'll bust small pockets as we're aiming at something much higher priced.
