affilistore add product feed URL question.

I am trying to grab datafeed via the datafeed URL on affilistore admin. I have tried all the datafeed URLs from buy.at, affiliatewindow but the message i get is can' open. I can do it after downloading the csv file into desktop but never with datafeed URL. I know many of you are using affilistore, can anyone give me the process required to do it. Please help.

Have you tried e-mailing them?
They've always been superb whenever I e-mail them with an issue.
