Looking for some guidance on comparison shopping affiliates

I'm looking to build a massive comparison shopping site using various affiliate datafeeds. The only comparison shopping affiliates I'm aware of that have APIs are Kelkoo, Pricerunner, Shopping.com and Shopzilla.
Are there anymore?

Try using Shopwindow on AWin. It is an API with all of the Affiliate Window Product feeds.

Cheers Ben! I had a look at that one but I'd prefer to deal with affiliates that have at least both US and UK feeds as a large percentage of my visitors are US based.

I don't think you'll be able to use all of the above feeds together. If you want to use the shopping.com feed you'll have to sign an agreement that excludes you working with Kelkoo and vice versa.
