Firebox launch Firebots on unsuspecting world- free download

We've gone all Blue Peter here at Firebox HQ, and have created something a bit different to give away. Firebots are DIY urban art toys you download for FREE, print onto card and cut out and make yourself.

Our designers have had a lot of fun making them, and eventually there will be 5 to collect. The first has just been released- Remote Control Bot. The rest of the gang will appear over the next few weeks.

If you're one of our affiliates this will make a nice fun post for a blog or piece on a site- although its not a product you should pick up a few sales from the cookies dropped.

New Firebot has just been released- the Baby Bot



Comes complete with mini cardboard Fisher Price Retro Classic telephone (which incidentally I had when I was a baby )

Print it, make it, take a photo and send it in. The first Firebox- R/C Bot, has been pictured fighting Godzilla, flying around, and...erm...being eaten by a hamster.

I didn't personally have one, although I'm sure I played with one somewhere.

My own personal fave was always the fisher price garage. It rocked.

Ha- forgotten I'd told you about them at dinner.

Would recommend using a craft knife instead of scissors if you have one. Makes it all a lot easier.

A new Firebot has just been launched- Tech Bot (AKA 'Bass 209')

It has a turntable for a head, complete with removable record.

We've just launched my favourite Firebot- the Eco Bot.



You can grow cress in it! Brilliant.

As usual, just print it onto card, cut out, and make.

The final Firebot in the series has just been released.....Geek Bot. No, its not based on me.

He has a hidden super-brain compartment inside his head, and is holding a mini ASUS Eee ultra-portable, running on Linux.



We've got some great photos so far, but there's still time to make a Firebot and take a cool pic of it for the chance to win a £50 Firebox voucher!

I'm hoping someone out there will have an A3 printer and can make a giant Firebot.

This is the end of series 1, but there are rumours around the office of a possible second series, as they've been such fun to do.
