• Order tracking system so customers don’t feel they’ve ordered and then been forgotten

Validations

As you know most of our sales are on products that are made to order and therefore are liable to be cancelled for a full refund any time up to a week after furniture has been delivered. As payment terms stand at the moment, this is leaving us open to many returns for which we have already paid affiliate commission. We were therefore faced with a choice of changing the commission structure or payment terms. Please therefore note, that with immediate effect, Harveys will now pay on items one week after they have been delivered to the customer and therefore are no longer liable to be valid for a full refund.
