I try not to contact affiliate networks until a site is complete, they may just block you from future applications

yes, i had a site created by a very popular freelance website and the content/site was copied ,i checked via copyscape and found the content and the site was also ripped from the same place....so i am backtracking a touch ,i have someone i have worked with before on the project...so fingers crossed
