Born in Poland, Barbara Hulanicki is best known for her iconic clothes store, BIBA.

Since the closure of BIBA, Hulanicki has continue to work with huge fashion brands, including Fiorucci and Cacharel.

Hulanicki quoted the following in 2009:
"There is very little difference today as opposed to the ‘70s, although, there is much more choice now. Both periods share the same enthusiasm, if you press the right buttons."
