Interested to know whether anyone has bought from Dino Direct and had satisfaction with the process. Was getting a number of emails from users of my shopping directories in UK and Australia complaining that they are not getting their orders or receiving inferior products. I placed an order myself 3 weeks ago and have now experienced the same problem , having paid for guaranteed 3-7 day delivery. Customer service emails are slow to come back and are always in haphazard english sentences ( we all know them, think of those foreign freelancers!)

Anyway I have now raised a dispute via PayPal (thankfully I paid with PayPal) and dropped Dinodirect from my sites as even though they seem to be converting well I am concerned that most commissions will end up being reversed or unpaid.

I hope I am wrong about them and would appreciate anyone's comments one them.
