Holiday Hours: Medic Animal will be closed for the Christmas Holidays from 14:00 GMT 24 December, 2010 - 09:00 GMT 29 December, 2010. For New Year they will be closed from 15:00 GMT 31 December, 2010 - 09:00 GMT 4 January, 2011.

Holiday Deliveries: Orders placed after 18:00 GMT on 23 December, 2010 will not be processed until 29 December, 2010. Orders placed after 18:00 GMT on 30 December, 2010 will not be processed until 4 January, 2011. Please bear this in mind and ensure that any required medicine or food is ordered well in advance.

VAT Increase: VAT (Value Added Tax) will increase to 20% from the current rate of 17.5% on 4 January, 2011. All orders placed by 3 January 23:59 GMT will still benefit from the lower 17.5% rate.
