A new host of iPad accessories could be on the way following the release of Apple's iPad 2.

According to a report in the Wall Street Journal, the new tablet PC has already gone into production, despite no official announcement of its release from Apple as yet.

The news provider stated that "people familiar with the matter" had said that the new device was already at the manufacturing stage and would come with a built-in camera and faster processor.

Sources also claimed that new iPad will be thinner and lighter than the first model.
