The styles in the collection come in a variety of colours, that are in keeping with the Jones + Jones ethos of edgy, directional, strong and feminine combining striking 40s and 50s silhouettes with a modern twist that the Jones + Jones brand is renowned and adored for, and adding both modern and traditional aesthetic inspirations to appeal to all fashionistas from the girl jet-setting to St Tropez for the summer to the girl organising tea parties in Primrose Hill. Think pretty netting, pleated lace, chic bows, peter pan collars and florals on the one hand and halternecks, daring animal prints and eye-popping candy colours on the other. Jones + Jones prides itself in ensuring that all garments are designed and manufactured to a high quality in Britain and are therefore delighted and feel privileged to be collaborating with such an established and respected name in British fashion and design as Liberty for the floral story of their Spring/Summer 2011 collection. The floral story takes a selection of the finest floral prints that Liberty have designed and transforms them into exceptional fun, flirty yet charming full skirted dresses. The collection has been presented to great excitement at the ‘Who’s Next’ trade show in Paris and expects to cause the same reaction at the ‘Pure’ trade show in London this weekend!

Last week the floaty and feminine Air dress was a bestselling style in the majority of Topshop stores, especially in the cream lace as not only is it a perfect girly evening dress but by adding a skinny tan or patterned leather belt, plain tights and leather boots you can have the perfect chic but pretty outfit for the day too. The Abi dress in grey and black continues to be a best seller also and trust us when we say that it is incredibly flattering on everyone, not to mention that one of the Liverpool Topshop Personal Shoppers think it’s an amazingly versatile all round chic dress too! The cute yet sexy high waist Simone shorts in black lace have been selling well too and the Phoebe dresses in the gorgeous Lilly print have seemed to have sparked the eagerness for a bright and floral (and well needed!) Spring in some customers last week.
