About Cult

Cult is the largest stockist of Superdry online. Cult Clothing launched as a store in 1985 selling a range of cool urban street brands, this led to the creation of other stores across the country and a highly successful ecommerce website.
In 2003, Cult Clothing's founder, Julian Dunkerton, joined forces with designer James Holder to create a new in-house brand and Superdry was born. Cult was the platform that launched the iconic Superdry clothing label.
The potential of the brand in the UK and abroad led to the introduction of a new partner, Theo Karpathios, in 2005, who initiated SuperGroup's UK and international wholesale business.
The website www.cult.co.uk offers menswear, womenswear, footwear and accessories. It is supported by weekly e-newsletters to the Cult customer base, as well as further communications on Facebook, Twitter, Superdry Blog and ad-hoc mailouts. The website continually assesses its online marketing strategy and this is reflected in excellent conversion rates and increasing year-on-year Internet sales results.
