This September Sweaty Betty’s Get Fit for Free challenge is all about discovering yoga and the best style for you and your body.

Whether you prefer the more powerful styles of yoga like Ashtanga or a more calming meditative style like Restorative Yoga, there is a different yoga practice to suit everyone, regardless of age, flexibility and lifestyle.

The challenge is to join your local boutique to try a different style of yoga each week for 4 weeks. In the 4th week each participant from the boutique with the largest class will win a £50 SB gift voucher.
