The offer is valid on any purchase of flowers, gifts or cards on the site and the credit can be redeemed against against any item as well.
Credit must be used by February 10th (in time for Valentines Day) but as customers can order up to 12 months in advance there are plenty of occasions available. Cards ordered in advance can be changed or cancelled without charge.
