Any software package offering a 98% success rate in achieving top 10 rankings is nothing more than a scam. I mentioned this on a thread about some other scam software yesterday, but if this actually worked would you sell it? Or would you use it to build 1000 sites in payday loans, credit cards, IVA's and so on then rank 980 of them?
There is pretty much no seo software worth using, and most of them that are, are free. seo4firefox and seo tool bar (both from seobook.com) are brilliant and both free. Seoquake is handy for sorting through competitors backlinks in Yahoo Link Explorer, and again free. Probably the only one I'd actually recommend paying for would be Advanced Web Ranking, and that only helps you track the work - its not some get rich quick scam offering to do the work for you.
