How much good is one way linking compare to exchanging? or is both are good the same way?

As per my knowledge, One way link is more effective then two way, its that so because If you have many outbound links on your site, you will loose trust in Google.

One way links are always effective but it also factors on where these links come from. If it's from a page that has 100's of other links it isn't of much value. If you are interested to get one way links contact sites in your niche and offer to write them an article and include a link to your page. Most will have no problem with that. Text links, dofollowed within articles prove to bring much better value.
