You're doing the SEO work in the UK so Google will probably be picking up your IP address as UK
Hi there,
I'm a spanish SEO affiliate based in UK. I've been running few spanish betting blogs for the last 2 years but I've noticed I'm getting much better rankings for all my top spanish keywords on google.co.uk than in google.es
Is there a way to change this? Obviously I'm mainly targeting the spanish territory.
I wonder if it's got anything to do with my browser settings? perhaps my server being based in uk is also affecting this?
Any help would be much appreciated
Thanks,
I

use always the Google.co.uk to check your keywords ranking and many more like find all the off page materiel from this search engines and optimize your site in this ..
IMO, Iain84 is correct. Since, you are doing the SEO work in UK, Google might be considering your IP address as UK. If you are having a Google webmaster's account, I would suggest that you change the Geographic Target location:
Dashboard >> Site Configuration >> Settings >> Geographic target
Select the check box infront of Geographic target and choose the country to "Spain". This might help you in results.
