Like above, create good quality articles, blog posts, forum posts, etc, on all things to do with hair loss, how to prevent it, hair transplant, etc. Just make sure they are good quality, not duplicated and don't just look like SPAM, if not, then it will only do you worse.

First you will have to choose the proper keywords by searching keywords that your competitors are using. Then as stated above you should start from SMO and them move forward to SEO.
