Your site looks very professional, which is good for this market I think. Only thing is, I found my eyes flitting round the page and not really settling anywhere. Hard to put into words, but it doesn't seem to have a "flow". A lot of the elements seem to be equally eyecatching and I didn't know where to start

Maybe have a think about what sequence you want people to follow on the page, and give things prominence to reflect that sequence?
