PR9

IS the only thing neccessary to get a PR 9 site 1 incoming link by a PR 9 site ?

I noticed that to get from PR 8 to PR9 you need 10,000 links.. so is it possible to get there without getting that many inc. links.

For me, that question is like asking who I'd like to do first, Cameron Diaz or Gillian Anderson. It's never going to happen, so I try not to think about it.

As a rule at the "linked to page" get 1 less than the pr of the "linking page" however this falls apart a bit at the top end of the scale so a link from a PR 7 will almost certainly get you a PR5 and maybe a 6 if you have a few other useful links say from pr 5&6 pages.

I'd think a link from a PR9 site would get you PR7 with little or no extra links but getting to 8 may still require some work.

Yeah cause then you might make it on to the news websites and they have high PR with a headline like "Diaz links up with Affiliate for his Cookie".. Well that wasn't very funny, anyone else care to try

LOL, PR7 is easy cos I was at that a few months back but it dropped to PR 5 this month.. dunno why.

I did get a PR9 link.. but for some reason I didnt get the PR9 back to my site that I was hoping.

I think Ill go for PR8 instead.. and then ask google if they will give me a full page link on their front page
