Thought I'd let you all know, if you didn't know already, that google has started to dance in the last few hours.

Yeah looking real good for me, managed to jump 2 places from number 5 to number 3.. pretty happy with that effort of course it all could change in the next few days.

well the dance has wiped my new site albeit for one or two pages.
It did have every page linked and on a every 2 day update. So hope it will appear further down the dance.
Everflux since page was added has been more beneficial than not but new site has dispeared a couple of times.

I'm smiling. Nearly every term i've concentrated on has risen to first page in www2, first and second places for many. I hope to god it stays something like that. Its even showing 2 new sites with top3 positions.

Best thing is i know at least 50 incoming links haven't a hope of being added this time round.

Am i finally getting the point? LOL

Carl I am getting rather excited but I have a felling it's all going to fall flat on its face.

Last month I had only 1 PR 7/10 sites, this month I have 2 PR 8/10 and 2 PR 7/10 plus everything else is PR 6/10.. However I have a felling this is going to be sort lived and in the next day or so it will all go back the way it was, and that was still not bad... here is hoping we keep what we are seeing

Page rank tends to jump around for a few days. Last month, it wasn't until the 4th Novemeber when PR had finally settled down.

I've had some downs, but mostly up on the search terms I wanted, but managing the SEO for a network of over 50 domains ain't all that easy to analyze

Hi Darren, yeah you will be right, I am just getting excited as never seen so many changes for the good all at once, so of course it will not be that way, but I do fell what ever the outcome I will be slightly better placed in a few days.

I get the feeling i can't lose this time either. recently Fh has been unaffected by anything, but that's not the same for the other sites.

I bet i'm more excited than you, i got a new site that has 1st, 2nd and 8th position for it's most competitive term in www2, and www3. Lesser terms it tops the chart every time :O)))
(i'm not sure if the merchant will be happy or sad!)

Fh looks as if it will gain 2-5 places on most terms i rate, which is cool as for most of them i was at the top of the second page.

Not gonna try to guess about PRs, and i don't care if the listings change for the good.

how do u find out ur ranking on the different google sites during dance.

Shock horror, I think I just saw a PR of 1 for the affiliates4u site! - maybe this could be the end of this stupid penalty Google seems to have on it - Iv'e no idea why. Of course its better than a big white line though, so I shouldn't be too peeved.

If anyone is a SE expert out there and has an incling why could they drop me a line or mention it here?

PR during dance...

You don't always see it but on the google toolbar. I'm sure you have it, if not get it here toolbar.google.com/

You sometimes see fluctuations on your PR (i.e green bar goes further right!) within the bar. Can be a sign of things to come, but often its just part of the update..

You don't see it all of the time though. Ive been updating a site today and noticed it changing. Also just noticed that a4u is back to PR0
