No, i've only seen it twice, both recently.

No doubt only coincidence but both times it's followed fluffy from searchhippo, only minutes after it both times.

I keep a notepad going of the ones i don't know.

I traced it from 204.123.28.31 to www.dec.com which goes to compaq.com and then thenew.hp.com/

It's from Altavista, been around for donks this one.
