Hi all i was just wondering if a web site can have more then one main keyword. For example if i use Mortgages the most on my webpage is that my main keyword or can i have as many keywords as posibble.

Each page is about one particular thing - is it not?
If your site is about mortgages, presumably you have a page about tracker mortgages, another about endowment motgages, one about fixed rate mortgages, one about mortgage rates, ... and so.
Those are you keywords. You don't have a keyword, or words, per site, but per page.
