Rich is an unknown quantity at this point
They are Overture. If you look at the url of a sponsored results you wil see it mention overture's server and the other results include '&src=ovBack' which I guess means overture backfill.

Thats for web results, local search is by thomson, and I'm not sure where they get shopping, pictures or news feeds from - anyone?
