How can I get my blog top?

Question for all you lovely SEO's. I would like my personal blog (www.exwebjunkie.com) to appear top of the search engines when you search for my name (James Little).

Can anyone have a look at the site and give me some optimisation tips on how to get it top without having to go though the hastle of link building?

Nigh on impossible. There are some low hassle ways of doing it

1) Get a nice directory submission script, and a list of open, free submission dirs that let you specify your link text, and use "James Little"
2) Write superlative content that gets other people to link to your blog, preferably using your name as anchor text
3) Try and find excuses to link out to other sites, using your name as anchor text. A Dave Gorman type approach might work well, and be an interesting exercise
