SEO Tutor or Tutorial (I'll even part with hard cash!)

Haven't done too bad with seoing - get all my traffic from the natural listings and can usually get on the first page without too much bother and time for most keywords - bearing in mind that I've been around since 1999 and got many reciprocal links.

Now I need to polish these skills - one or two areas simply evade me - so I need advice. Can anyone recommend, offer or point me in the right direction for good SEO help - it's one particular area of knowledge that I need unravelling - so even a phone/email based tutoring would be OK.
