Does anyone have a idea or thought on what keyword denisty your chosen keyword phrases should have.

Is it important or should I just not worry about it and concentrate on other factors

thats where I read about it, just wanted a feel for what kinda of denisty you should aim for before it is keyword spam

getvisible seems to know their stuff
4-5% keep pages small. target two kphrases per page.
