Changing keywords, title descriptions - how long for change to occur?

This is my site www dot goingegypt dot com I want to change the keywords, titles and
description of the homepage. currently some keywords are doing well I now want to have below, firstly what do you think of the below?

Title:
Budget Five Star Hotels Egypt | Bargain Flight Egypt

Description:
Browse Now for Exclusive Budget Five Star Hotels in Egypt. Why Not Get a Bargain Flight
to Luxor, Sharm El Sheikh Or Cairo and absorb the Magic And Mysteries of Ancient Egypt

Q1. How long will it take for these changes to occur and Search Engines to pick up?

Q2. I sometimes want sub urls to appear like below, how do I make this happen?
Egypt Hotels: 5 Star Hotels in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt

Q3. When you type in www dot goingegypt dot com the site redirects to http://goingegypt . com / pharaoh
I want to add www infront of http:// how do I do this?

In terms of timing it depends how often they are crawling you, a popular site can have new pages and page changes crawled and indexed in a matter of minutes from publication, others can take months.

I wouldn't worry about changing your descriptions as Google (and lets face it Google pretty much is THE search engine in the UK) has stopped using the description tag in most cases and is pulling snipets off the page contents for the description of sites in the SERPS.

I dont quite understand what you mean by this question

This can be simply done using 301 redirects. Search Google for "301 redirect howto" and you'll find plenty of good explainations.
