Keywords in the URL
Just a quick one to aspiring millionaires / affiliates. If you are looking for a domain, I hear arguments every day about 'whether or not' to include keywords in the url and the relevancy of this.
For the record - keywords help your rankings BUT the best reason to have keywords (IMO) in your domain is the link benefit.
Directories (especially high profile) won't accept 'keyword1 keyword2' if they aren't in your company/url so taking the time and thinking 6-9 months in advance can help massivley.
Submitting to yahoo/odp and getting 'car leasing uk' instead of 'best uk leasing company' in your anchor text (as having planned and found a keyword-rich domain before hand) can massively boost your efforts compared to going for something 'catchy' or off topic.
