Where was that SEO how to do post?

I remember a few months back there was a great post regarding what you need to know and apply regarding search engine optimisation.

I cant find it. (yes Ive used the areach function) Please could someone reply with a link pointing towards where the "how to apply good seo post is" That wasnt the title by the way but that was the jist of it.
