If you've got to close the previous thread then you've got to suspend their forum. Their is no justice in your actions and it is not democratic. Affiliates drive a4u.

So, i start again by demanding from silvertap: Where is our monies.

What's left of it will disappear into the pockets of the liquidators, lawyers, and other assorted hangers-on. Fact of life, we have to accept it and move on.

Legally the new silvertap have no obligations to us whatsoever over this. That's the way the law is, rightly or wrongly.

I believe there will be an interim payment before June. How much this will be remains to be seen, I have been unable to get any firm figures.

From what I have seen so far, though,I reckon it will be a small fraction of what Silvertap owed us (that's the old Silvertap of course, not the current liquidate-and-buy-back version)

Tbh I'd be pleased even with a low figure. I'v been In this situation with non affiliate businesses before and believe me. I never got paid a penny!

Everyone else gets paid before subbies/affiliates/outsourcers/suppliers etc etc...

It didn't help that two lots of liquidators had their snouts in the trough. Nice work if you can get it.

Personally I make a point never, never again to deal with companies that have done a pre-pack. It's a business model that makes the compensation parasites look saintly in comparison.
