We are delighted to announce that Morphy Richards have just launched their brand new website!

It looks fantastic and has all been done to improve the ease of the customers journey. Changes can be seen below:

Search - Customers can now search for a product or spare using the product name/model number or spares name/model number. If the customer knows the product or spare they're looking for they can find it straight away in the search results and add it to their shopping basket.

Product Listings - Customers can now filter product listings on a number of attributes depending on the type of product they're looking for. They can even compare up to 5 products to find the one best suited to them. If they then find the one they want they can then add it straight to the shopping basket without having to look at the product details.

Product Details - Morphy Richards have added lots of new things to their product detail page. Customers can now zoom in to a picture, watch the product video, leave a review or even ask a question about a product. They can also see other products in the range and view the spares for each of the products.

Register a Product - Morphy Richards will now be collecting all their product registrations on the new website. The benefit to customers is that they can log back in at any time to see the date they registered the product, the purchase date and the length of the guarantee period straight away. Morphy Richards will also be automatically registering any product bought directly from the website so customers don't need to remember to register at a later date.

Checkout - Morphy Richards have reduced the amount of pages the customer has to click through when buying a product or spare. Plus they now automatically register all products bought on the site for the extended guarantee when customers checkout.
