ouch... must be nice when you can get sales for the price of a click!
if it's £3.50 per sale I'd bin it instantly, personally.. I think it's an insulting rate for a credit card sale
Anyone else found their Amex Platinum commissions have suddenly dropped to £3-50 per sale, when it was £14?
No notification of the reduction, and the drop has been backdated to all sales over the previous few months..!!??
That's not on.

Hi Martin,
I have looked into the American Express programme, and can see the mix up here. Our old management team did not update the commissions on our system when they decreased, the system was updated as soon as the team realised but unfortunately this caused a back-log with the decreased commissions.
I can confirm that ALL American Express Platinum Cashback approved & pending sales for all affiliates from 31st March 2009 - 1st July 2009 will be updated to the amount of £18.00.
Please note: All sales going forward will be paid at £3.50 per sale as per the amount shown in our system.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience. If anyone has any questions dont hesitate to contact me on 0870 803 3758.
Danielle Martindale.
£3.50? Not worth it now...
