Has anyone had similar problems to the problem I'm currently having being paid by Smart Quotes?

Specifically, this is for the FLM Loans campaign. Having started to generate revenue from August 2009 they now owe me nearly £1,000 for this program alone and I haven't been paid a penny yet!

When I phone there is never anyone there. The main number published on their site does not work (goes back to a dialing tone) and every time I speak to someone I'm given a lame excuse.

Anyone else finding the same?

Yes it seems that Smart-Quotes (and perhaps Jaak Media) may be going down the tube, owing lots of money to honest affiliates.

Meanwhile they are still running their campaigns and not letting people know they are in trouble.

This is known as Wrongful Trading and is a CRIMINAL OFFENCE.

I think that affiliates associated with Smart Quotes should take action NOW to try to secure the money that is owed to them.
