From my personal experience, Stumbleupon brings good traffic, however there's a price. Most of the traffic just skims through the sites. This could impact on your overall bounce rates. That being said, as someone mentioned earlier it's US traffic, so unless you have a global product, you don't have to pay much attention to it.
